Randima Attygalle, is an award-winning senior journalist, an Attorney-at-Law and a Corporate Communication Specialist. Randima had been recognized for her exploration of features and social issues, by the Editors’ Guild of Sri Lanka, winning several awards including the Best English Feature Writer of the Year on several occasions. She is also the three-time recipient of Excellence in Health Journalism award presented by the Sri Lanka Medical Association in recognition of her outstanding contribution to health journalism in Sri Lanka, in English print media. She is presently contributing as a senior journalist to a leading national English weekly.
She has proven her versatile faculties as a journalist, covering a wide spectrum of subjects including social issues, legal issues, health, business, religion, archaeology, architecture and arts. She also compiled and edited JUSTICE- the one-time official publication of the Ministry of Justice.
Randima is also on board with several leading organizations in the country as a media consultant. In her professional capacity, she has been exposed to diverse platforms- both local and international.
Randima is a product of the Sri Lanka Law College and the University of Colombo.
Chandani Kirinde is an award winning senior journalist. She served on the editorial of a leading Sunday newspaper for nearly two decades.
She has won several awards including Journalist of the Year (Merit) award as well as for Best Columnist and Feature Writer of the Year awards.
Chandani writes on a wide range of issues including politics, social issues, diplomacy, history, archeology and religion.
She holds a Diploma in Journalism and a Post Graduate Diploma in Conflict and Peace Studies from the University of Colombo.
